FACTS INFORMATION SHEET
The staff and administration of Messiah Christian School is committed to its long-term growth and we appreciate your trust in allowing us to serve your family in their academic, physical, social and spiritual development. Since the quality of our program is of primary importance to us, we continue to seek ways to make improvements that will mutually benefit parents as well as our school. One such improvement was the implementation of FACTS as our tuition management company.
FACTS manages the business side of education of over 5,000 schools nationally and the program is used by over 1,000,000 families. Many schools in the greater Columbus area already use the program. FACTS is committed to working with families and schools to help make payments more manageable in these difficult economic times.
We are excited to once again be partnering with FACTS Management Company for this academic school year to help manage our tuition and extended care fees. This decision will once again allow us to spend more time and energy on education, development, enrollment growth and other school related issues, while providing a consistent cash flow to meet the demands of the educational and operational costs of running our wonderful school.
FACTS payment options are electronic debit or credit card. Electronic debit is authorized by the parent or authorized payer from a checking or savings account. It is important to note that FACTS Management Company and Messiah Christian School never have any direct access to your account. The automatic payment process is strictly controlled by NACHA and other banking regulation agencies to be secure, compliant and limited to what has been authorized by the parent or authorized party. If you choose to use a credit card, a convenience fee will be added to your payment which is kept by the credit card company. You may use MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa.
Regardless of the payment method chosen, as a FACTS user, you will have access to an online FACTS customer portal which allows you to make additional payments and see all transactions made. If you provide FACTS with an email address you will receive email reminders 4 days before a payment is due. Should a hardship arise you are always welcome to call the school and discuss alternative payment amounts and or payment dates with the Messiah Christian School Director.
In the event that FACTS attempts to draw a payment from your account and funds are not available, you will be charged a fee of $30.00 by FACTS. An automatic reattempt of the payment will be made 15 days later so you have time to replenish your account. |
