It’s great to be 3!
At Messiah, our pre-school classes are designed for children who have reached their third birthday by September 30th and can independently use the restroom. The 3’s experience at Messiah is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the joy of learning and exploration in a loving Christian school environment.
Our 3’s curriculum is based upon the Ohio Early Learning Standards and joyfully implemented into our classroom using a variety of quality teaching methods and strategies. Our playful approach to learning is designed to develop and inspire the whole child, spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically and cognately while honoring each child’s unique style of learning.
Special attention is given in the 3’s classroom to the further development of social and emotional skills which will later enhance your child’s Pre-K and kindergarten learning and growth experiences.
Our 3’s classroom communities are led by two dedicated early childhood educators and shared by no more than 12 students per class. Our 3’s classes meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from either 9-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3 p.m. We provide our children with a healthy nut free snack each school day.
