Our Philosophy

At Messiah Christian School we believe all children are gifts from God with a natural curiosity and instinct to explore and learn about themselves and the world around them.  We respect and value our families and consider it a privilege to partner with them in their child’s early learning and growth experiences.

Our classrooms are communities where children are encouraged to respect themselves as children of God, created in God’s image and worthy of God’s love, so they may treat others in the same manner.  Our playful approach to learning features a curriculum based upon the Ohio Early Learning Standards joyfully implemented into our classrooms using a variety of quality teaching methods and strategies.

Our classroom curriculums are designed to develop and inspire the whole child, spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively while honoring each child’s unique style of learning.  At Messiah, we value a child’s individual progression and development and their many unique contributions to our classroom communities.
